I’ve heard this from a few unpleasant ‘uncles’ who have threatened their sons/daughters with ‘marry this person’ or ‘do this or I’ll divorce your mum’, and in some cases ended up with the dad divorcing the mum and not talking to any of his kids again.

I say move out of CharSadda ASAP
