Do it at Home Highlights?

@Gina

At-home streaking/highlight kits don’t give perfect results. Highlights require you to bleach sections of your hair before another colored is applied. At-home kits have bleach added to the color..and won’t strip the hair shaft first off of it’s color.. How about a hair tint instead?

I found only funny shades in the tint:(
