well it was all social, he didnt bring any of to work with his bosses/patients
Its a very grey area i think thats why.
On the night out apparently he wsa just like all over her and a bit drunk ( he is white i think someone asked if he was desi) and wouldnt let go of her and kept trying to kiss her at the club/bar.
Similar things happened out at dinners etc.
However because I guess he did this in our education building during working hours they took it more seriously?

These incidents need to be dealt with right when they happen. If you ever find yourself in this situation again, do not doubt yourself and report it right away. Also document things like time, place, date etc. for your own personal records.

Defo report it.. They're very strict about this sort of stuff nowadays and as others have said imagine what he might get up to with those who could be vulnerable :(

That's probably why. When its just a social outing that got out of control...your HR cannot do anything about it. But if its at work during work hours, they can take action.

That was disgusting what he did and by others maybe turning a blind eye it gave him the confidence to try that on you..
You don't realise how many people you have saved from his abuse especially knowing he is a physiotherapist
