In this situation if one is worried about the career seriously, then one should talk to the person and clearly say “back off or you will be reported”.
If other person continues, or does not take the warning seriously, then go ahead and report.
I do not know why Inspiron sounded it was not such a serious matter. She did not sound too concerned.
I mean how in the world any woman will think it is a chatup line?
