well ladies! thank u all for ur responses.. Finally i have good news to share with u, i missed my period this month and HPT came out positive Alhamdulillah 
i thank Allah in every breath i take..may HE bless me with a healthy child, amen.
please pray for me cz after 2 miscargz this pregnancy is a bit high risk.. i may have to undergo the cerclage procedure if my cervix come out to be incompetent in scan.. i will keep u all updated..
