Im taking biotin vitamins for my hair right now (2000mcg) I also want to start taking fish oil vitamins…however im not sure if they really work…will it really make your hair thick and shiny?
I know eating fish is a good food for making hair strong and shiny…i’ve noticed how people in south india have really thick hair, and it may be cause they eat fish a lot there (cause they’re closer to the ocean)…
however how much do u need to eat? also how long before you see results?
anyone taking them and noticing a positive/negative result?
