^ it's called survival of the fittest. A good lot over come it with a polite personality and education. It's not good to blame everything on men.
BTW it's way harder for westerners to find a spouse. Not only white or black but any race living here.

depends on how they were raised and what they value. For example, in the south (bible belt), many men and women get married at a young age. alot of them still believe in getting married before having sex. even in college some of them abstain from sex until they are atleast engaged if not married. my sister went to college in Texas, she would tell me most Americans, especially whites in her school get engaged while in college and married soon after graduation. all her friends got married by the time they were 21. on the other hand, on the east coast and more liberal areas, people donot find marriage to be necessary before moving in with someone. they even have children before getting married. so it really depends on how you were raised, how much you follow religion and how much you value marriage

Exceptions are there but generally whoever wants to get married, gets married easily. East or West, doesn't make much difference.
