That before picture was taken before the Russians invaded. The after picture is what they left!

sorry, you are right. the picture on the left was taken more than 40 years ago, while on the right is a recent picture of the same spot. It might have been destroyed by Russians or the so called mujaheddin. Anyway, it is very sad.
