If you are a good worker, you get rewarded with a promotion and more rewards…Be a bad employee and you get fired…It’s not a matter of ego, it’s a matter of merit…
Being a good worker and being a good worshipper are synonymous as far as the concept is concerned…
It is written in the Quran, if every being and particle in the universe worshipped Him and tried to benefit Him, it wouldn’t benefit God a molecule…And if the entire universe and all that it contained became rebellious and tried to harm Him, it wouldn’t matter to Him anything…
One worships for ones self…Just like one studies for ones self…To achieve something better…
