I dont know about this but I’ve observed that before Fajr time no bird is chirping and during Fajr time they all start chirping and singing more than compared to any other part of the day at least where I live…I know all animals are in control of Allah swt like humans and believe in him..but do they pray also?..sorry if this seems kinda silly.
I’ve also heard that birds r prohibited from flying over the Kabbah, is that true?

i went to umra in ramadhan last year and birds are always flying around and above the kaba.
also another thing i noticed was that there quite a few moths sat on the cloth of the kaba near towards the top...

But a great number are (also) such as are fit for Punishment: and such as Allah shall disgrace, - None can rise to honour: for Allah carries out all that He wills. *- 22:18

Quran 24:41
*Hast thou not seen that Allah, He it is Whom all who are in the heavens and the earth praise, and the birds in their flight? Of each He knoweth verily the worship (salaat) and the praise (tasbeeh); and Allah is Aware of what they do. *

I am sure you mean metamorphically. As He is the maker. Otherwise in Islam there is no concept of Allah's children.

They praise Him by doing what they were created to do…Their obeying Him is proof of their commands given to them…They were ordered to be deadly to humans, so they are…That is their praise towards Him…
They don’t turn around and say, I won’t do it…They do as they are told…

true, each organism and creature has a reason to exist and while we may not know or appreciate their reasosn for existence there is a reason.

In other words Lajawab the AIDS virus and Ebola are gods angels as they do not have freewill and only exist to do gods will? If that's the case they I highly doubt that god is having such things praise him unless he feeds on such self masturbatory and egotistic acts which sounds rather ungodly to me.

Your Logic does not match the idea of worship and free will as per my understanding.
There are only two creations of God which are given choice of Free Will. Human Beings and Jinn.
Every other creations do not have a free will. Every other creations worship Allah:swt: without their free will whereas humans and Jinn are given free will thus choice of worship.
AIDS and EBOLA virus are just like any other creations (dog, cat, plants etc.) that you see around when it comes to worship Allah:swt:.
