Existence of Life forms is no argument, that is definitely there. Existence of an intelligent life form is another thing.
You dont need ilhaam or level of taqwa to contact them. A powerful radio transmitter and receiver should do the job.
Then why could not we contact them still?

i dont think so aliens exist but even if they do,they wont be more intellegent than bugs.
H2O dependent bugs can never build and fly gravity defying, fancy lighted space crafts.
