Why do people get it? I am talking about generally. I.e why the does the dizziness happen in terms of is it a reaction of something in the body or is it random?

welll…it’s related to getting butterflies in your tummy and hearts in your eyes …does it also feel like the world’s spinning?

shak there are many many reasons of getting dizziness...I think for most people it can very well be something as simple as dehydration..low and high BP also causes dizziness..hypoglycemia, headaches, migraine etc
