DIY Wedding Hair?!

My original wedding date was in september, but due to family stuff the date has been moved to may!!! OMG! Which means that the MUAs and hairstylists I wanted are NOT available. I comfortable doing my own makeup, but I’m a bit nervous about the hair!

For the barat I want a updo, but I want roses in my hair. How do I make the roses stay and what kind of updo do I go for?
For the Walima I want my hair to one side, big curly/wavy hair, but how do I get the dupatta to stick and stay on?

Re: DIY Wedding Hair?!

look at tutorials on youtube. Just one idea My Wedding Hair!! - YouTube

Or check out other parlours.

Re: DIY Wedding Hair?!

Why don't you just go to a different salon for your hair? I just feel the whole setting the duppatah and getting the hair ornaments in is a great deal :/

If your wedding is going to be in karachi, I can get you the names of a few safe places for hair.

Re: DIY Wedding Hair?!

I have looked at tons of tutorials but I can't seem to find the "right" one ...

I've tried other MUAs and hairstylists but they suck to be honest! and it's just not one thing, there are multiple things I don't like about their work .... :(

Re: DIY Wedding Hair?!

I’m assuming you’ll have a dupatta too, this one seems to be quite easy with someone helping you. For the roses, show a pic of how you want them.
If it is a see-through dupatta or if you’re not wearing a dupatta on your head then stick it in those braids.

Thank you Sidra! That defiantly looks like something I can do myself!
