you can buy pre-made such strips with a tiny safety pin on them.
the pin lets you transfer them from one garment to another as required.

I remember growing up most darzis used to do it, now it's like such a big deal even when they are 'reminded' to do so!! having said that all my designer clothes came with the 'tich button' thing....maybe cuz of $$$ on it

I always thought those were for the hangers...I usually find them on my heavily kaam walay kapray..cz otherwise, the clothes would be dragged down by the weight of hte kaam if that loop thinggy wasnt' there?

Yup I still get these sewn by the tailor in all my shirts when the neckline is too wide.

Get a proper bra fitting. Sounds like you're not wearing the correct size/style. Find a lingerie shop where a professional can measure your size and show you the best type of bra for your needs.
