My sisters husband has sent a divorce Simmons from Pakistan. He sent an order first and he lied saying that she lived in Pakistan when she’s actually a British citizen. He said he doesn’t care about UK court as marriage took place in Pakistan and has jurisdiction.
She doesn’t want to go to Pakistan and wants khulka granted.from here.
Also he never came to the UK does she still need civil divorce?

as far as I know, the girl doesnt have to be there in person for khula. she can appoint/authorize a person/wali on her behalf for court proceedings.

The summons letter is written on a slip of paper in Urdu.only and the letter is apparently from the court of wadi a in Peshawar but the address is hand written!! Really bad hand writing too. It is stamped.

She don't have to go, court will give divorce papers to him after 2 hearings, and will send one copy at your sisters address.

Agree. Considering your husband is out in Pakistan surely it won't be that hard to find out if the court is real/fake etc?
I'm assuming a copy of such papers is kept by the courts? If it is then I'm sure you will be able to confirm if they are real by seeking a copy of the paperwork.
Both people usually do not have to be in the same country for a Khula to be granted.

Nadz, please don't be intimidated by a piece of paper. Find out if there's such a court and take it from there...I agree with Kinzz actually.
