Re: Divorce Questions
what kind od questions are you interested in? Perhaps contact a divorce lawyer who can answer you best.
Re: Divorce Questions
contact a divorce lawyer, ur looking in the WRONG PLACE. ppl are gonna just tell u thier personal experiences here and that is not appropriate in ur situation cuz everyone is different....plus depends on where u live as each state has thier own laws regarding divorce, alimony, child support etc. this is an impossible question for anyone to answer here...see a divorce lawyer in ur state.
Re: Divorce Questions
you can check your pm---
Re: Divorce Questions
Thanks to those who PM'd to share thier personal experience and knowledge.
As for those who think I should get a lawyer, I'm too poor for that. Gupshup is all I got.
Re: Divorce Questions
I think you should post the questions here ...this can turn out to be a informational thread for others like you!
Re: Divorce Questions
If you are in the USA go to legal aides in your state or city---there are many free legal services that help people that can't afford lawyers---get a list appropriate for your state from the American Bar Association's website

Thats the last thing you want to do. People here know less about the law and more about blame.

Yep but do not expect a great deal from these legal aides. Technically a divorce lawyer is not really required but only recommended as divorce proceedings and court ethics are complicated; an individual can self-represent.
