Not necessarily. I had volumes of documents that was kept between the lawyers and out of court. Since there was a child involved, the last thing I wanted was something recorded so that when said child grows up and discover’s the power of google, the child just doesn’t find this information before the child is mature enough and adult enough to handle it.
