only basis is to make them more manageable in term of administration point of view.

I would also suggest that security, policing, land marking, zoning, safety, driver licensing should be issued and provided by province.

defenc, printing money, creating armies, and foreign affair should be controlled by islamabad.

it think, it is best solution and good balance of powers.

No we don’t need division of Sindh. Karachi is the problem, divide this city in to five cities and let every one live in peace. Revive old local government system as very recently apporved by PA.

Yeh tumhara khwab jinah pur wala kabhi nahin pura hoga. us kay leay tumahain local Sindhis, Punjabis, Pukhtoons and Baluchis sub ko qatal karna parhayga sumjhay. Nonsense divide Sindh!
