Sallaam I have a wife, mother, no children,4 brothers(married), 2 sisters(married). Per shariah how to distribute the wealth in my situation? What if we adopt a boy/girl?
We also have a medical office - i am the physician and my wife has established and runs the business. I am the sole owner because it is a medical office. After my death, would she need to sell that and disburse the wealth accodingly to the shariah as answered for #1question or can I leave the business to my wife to run?
