National Assembly has been dissolved last night, and the three provincial assemblies would be dissolved by 19th. Punjab government it seems wants to continue till 8th of April (their constitutional deadline) but want the elections on the same date as the others. That would leave caretakers in Punjab for a month. This can be construed as pre poll rigging of the worst kind. Election Commission should look into this and foil the designs of the party. They should announce that the elections in the provincial assemblies would be dependent on the day they are dissolved.
