Dissident Views & Political Surveillance

Yesterday I listened to an NPR show about John Lennon and political surveillance sanctioned by then president Nixon. At the time, Lennon did complain about people following him around but to no avail. The govt. documents under Freedom of Information Act were de-classified and hence the story. Here is the link:

I wonder if Muslim today are surveilled by the govt. for their political views.

Just to put things in perspective, Lennon was organizing anti-war (vietnam) concerts.

probably..i mean what else would all those secret wiretaps etc are being used for.
dunn care..please evesdrop, my conversations with my brother about why Linekar was underrated and Rooney does not have what it takes to become a great footballer..would bore em to tears.

As a principle though, I am against it, do things the right way. Going around constitution is not kewl in my view.

What constitution...huh...ever heard of criminals caring about laws and then committing crimes... :D
