We make few things strictly no no like pork and drink that IMO 100% muslims avoid pork even 2nd and 3rd generation muslim kids avoid it....
we fail to repeat that success in case of wine still we are ahead of other religious community in avoiding alcohol....
but we dont make disrespecting parents a taboo...thats why this outcome....

uh its not just Muslims who avoid pork Jews do as well as other religions, cultures and personal beliefs about food.
Parents are to be blamed not the children but eventually they grow out of it not because of their parents but because they become mature and its no thanks to the bad parents that they had.
