Disputing a charge?

How does this work, exactly? Can I call up my bank and dispute a charge for items that I ordered online and that were supposedly stolen from my building upon delivery? ( personally I don’t think they were delivered at all, but thats a separate issue)

UPS and the company I ordered from are doing an investigation on it but most likely I’m going to be issued a store credit for the current selling price (much lower than what I bought them for) instead of a refund.

I’m not happy about that, and quite simply want my money back. I don’t want to order from them again and no longer have the need for the items that were stolen..

Any help?

Re: Disputing a charge?

so no one has ever had to dispute a charge? ok then...

Disputing a charge?

I don't think the bank will refund you as it wasnt an error on their part. The company u ordered from is responsible for the refund. Hope this helps

Re: Disputing a charge?

File a written dispute resolution form? File a complaint with delivery company and ask them for evidence of shipment? Someone must have signed for the package

Re: Disputing a charge?

did you pay using a credit card? most decent credit cards will aid you dispute the charge etc..
