good question Mirch … I actually feel that alot more resources are wasted with disposible stuf … Instead I feel alot better to report the restaurant to the hygience authorities if I dont see their bowls and plates clean …
I feel very very very guilty using the disposible stuff .. you use it once and it goes in the bin … waste of trees and aluminum … maybe i am just being wierd :hinna:
PS : Last year I reported a desi restaurant four times to the food inspectors and a few months back when i was at the restaurant , I noticed they had installed the dish washer and the sanitizer .. you know that professional machine that steam sanitizes the bartan.. I was impressed ..![]()
