Best thing to do is make a list. List the top 5 things that are bothering you and for each one, list at least two things that would help to improve that item. Then follow it - like taking medicine.
You werent clear on the things that are troubling you but the above really does work. Please give it a try, think of things that make you happy and persue them even if you dont really feel like it.
