A lot of Zikr in free time, specially while travelling,...etc. ( Mainly Astaghfaar and Shukar of Allah(swt) along with Darood sharif and Surah Ikhlas)

Try giving benefit to people around you in any possible way you can. For example, giving a helping hand to mom in cooking, helping younger brother in home work, giving a choclate to a child, sharing an inspirational e-mail with friends and relatives....etc. Anything that can put a smile on a person's face.

Just keep yourself busy in activities that are beneficial (in this life and hereafter) to your future and that of others related to you.

Insha'Allah you would regain the motivation and energy in life.
