Disgraceful

I like this part, the government is acting as if it has no control over PIA and it seems shivering from the courts as if they are independent. Such a lame government and officials.

You are a little to quick to declare others as unbelievers. Allah is the final judge.

As-Salaamu 'Alaykum Saadiqan.

: )

I agree, indeed Allaah is the Final Judge.

But as 'Umar ibn al-Khattab said, the Revelation has been cut off, so we judge from the apparent. We don't know the insides of anyone but we judge from the apparent.

Just as Abu Bakr fought against the Apostates in his time, the Apostates claimed to be Muslim on their tongues, but Abu Bakr still fought them because their actions were showing Apostacy. And they had been advised to pay the Zakah or they will be seen as Apostates. But they continued with their Apostacy. So what was there to do except to declare them as Apostates.

Likewise, the Government of Sa'ud, from the apparent we see them as Apostates. Their actions are Apostacy. And they have been advised many a times that what they are doing is Apostacy in Islaam but they continue to do so. So what else is there to do, except that we must declare them to be Apostates who have tried to make themselves as equal unto Allaah Subhanahu.

See the thread "Belive in Allaah - Disbelieve in the Taaghoot" In the Religion Section. It gives clarity to this situation. And it's a short read also.

Jazakhallahu Khayr.

Sister Al-Tauheed, I highly respect your opinions but I am of the firm view that we ordinary people do not have the right to declare someone a murtad or kaafir. Since in these times religious knowledge is scarce amongs the people and we do not have an Islamic system, how can we just go ahead and judge people. What ever you said is right but in that sense nobody in 1.5 billion population qualitifes to be a muslim. All are caught in the system of taghoot. Therefore it is better to spread the religious knowledge instead of passing verdicts (fatawaa). I fact according to a hadith of teh Prophet :saw: the mor eyou give verdicts the closer you are to fire..

As-Salaamu ‘Alaykum Islamabad.

Jazakhallaahu Khayr for your Advice.

According to who?

The Shayukh have said that anyone who knows and understands the principles of Takfeer and its obstacles can make Takfeer.

Sheikh ‘Alee al-Khudayr [may Allaah hasten his release] said:

”The normal person who knows the principles of Takfeer and its obstacles has the right to do Takfeer.

This is what the we have seen since the time of the Messenger, sallallahu 'alayhi wa salam, to this age.

As for the one who does not know, then it is not permissable for him (to make Takfeer), 'Whoever says to his brother "O Kaafir", then one of them has fallen into it'.

And Takfeer is not from the particulars of the judge, mufti or scholar. It is wrong to believe so.”

Anyway, it’s not me making the Takfeer – It’s the Scholars.

I am merely parroting what they said.

Religious Knowledge?

To teach the people about Kufr bit Taaghoot [Disbelief in the False Deities] is the basis of Tawheed. Before any act of Worship to be accepted, we must understand and declare our disbelief in the False Deities. As I said before read the post mentioned above.

And who says we can't delcare someone to be a Kaffir just because we don't have a Islamic System?? What do you mean by that?

Abu Bakr was faced by the Fitnah of the Apostates.

Al-Imaam Ahmad was faced by the Fitnah of those who said the Quraan is created.

Ibn Taymiyyah was faced by the Fitnah of the evil Scholars of the Sultaan and the Innovators.

Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahaab was faced with the Fitnah of the Grave Worshippers.

Now, today, we are faced with the Fitnah of the man made Deities who have taken the role of Legislators and thus gone against the Sovereignty of Allaah.

Are you implying I made Takfeer on the so-called 1.5 billion Muslims that everyone boasts about existing in the world today?

You have misunderstood – And Allaah Knows best.

The Government of Aalis-Saud and the rest are Tawagheet. Why? Because they have legislated what Allaah has not allowed. I hope you understand what I am saying. They have made themselves equals unto Allaah.

“Whoever legislates different laws to those of Allah and replaces His Laws with others, has gone against Allah's sovereignty. Such a person has made himself a partner and equal in jurisdiction with Allah, thus (he has) stepped outside the circle of Islaam. If this person is a ruler, he should therefore be rebelled against and deposed.”

I never made Takfeer on anyone else.

Declaring your Disbelief in the False Deities is Knowledge. In fact it is the most important Knowledge to have. Actually, it is the first thing that was commanded of the Son of Adham to do.

: )

And, I never issued a Verdict.

The Verdict has been issued by our Scholars. Not me.

It’s been issued by the Inheritors of the Prophets.

Examples:

Sheikh Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisee.

Sheikh ‘Alee ibnu Khudayr al-Khudayr.

Sheikh Nassir al-Fahd.

Sheikh Ahmad al-Khaalidee.

Sheikh Yoosuf ibn Saalih al-‘Uyayree.

Sheikh ‘Ayman al-Thawaharee.

And plenty of others from the Jihadi Scholars of this Nation.

: )

Peace be upon those who seek the Guidance.

By the way – Sorry if I offended you. Last thing I want to do is offend a sincere Muslim.

Forgive me if I have.

:jazak: for your detailed response. What you are saying makes sense and is right. It is ofcourse quite clear that those who have sided with the enemy are the enemy. Nobody can deny that. However, today the Muslims also have another deity - maal. Hubbb al-dunya and maal is so very common in Muslim these days.

If we see the Muslim leaders around us, we will clearly see that nobody is implementing the shariah in the right way. Some even go to the extent of saying that shariah has no place in the world of today. So what is the solution. How do we get out of this mess. WHy do we have such rulers? Because I believe that ordinary Muslims are ignorant. They have no knowledge of what the Quran really says and what their purpose of life is. When governemnts fall, no matter how bad tehy are, we end up with suituations like Iraq and Afghanistan. A smaller fitnah is better than a bigger firnah. The only way out of this is to first educate the masses about Islam. Teach the people by the will of Allah what imaan is, what tauheed is. We have so much work to do. We will reach that state when people will themselves, by the will of Allah change the system of taghoot. For that day to come we have to be patient and wage a jihaad agianst ignorance. We have to ask Allah’s protection and prepare ourselves for victory. That victory will surely come through knowledge. May Allah have mercy on us and show us the way.

I hope you get my point. I may be wrong but this is my humble opinion.

Oh, you don't know?

The Saudi Government takes what it likes from the Book and rejects what it wants.

Thus, they Believe in some of the Book and Reject some of the Book.

Therefore, they are Unbelievers.
