There is no number which can be put on daily water intake in healthy person. All above info is just a rough estimate.

There are diseases which get worse by drinking water or large amount of water.

Drink when you need to and are thirsty (for healthy people) is the best policy.
Your brain (Thirst center) will tell you when it is needed.
Trust me you will not die of thirst!

Healthy people don't measure their urine output so why should they measure water intake???
