How to do this water therapy?
Early morning after you get up from bed (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.50 litres of water i.e., 5 to 6 glasses. Better to pre-measure 1.50 litres of water. Let us all know that our ancestors termed this therapy as “Usha Paana Chikitsa”. You may wash your face thereafter.
Here it is very essential to note that nothing else - neither drinks nor solid food of any sort - should be taken within 1 hours before and after drinking this 1.50 litres of water.
It is also to be strictly observed that no Alcoholic drinks should be taken the previous night.
If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose. Is it possible to drink 1.50 litres of water at one time?
To begin with, one may find it difficult to drink 1.50 litres of water at one time, but one will get used to it gradually. Initially, while practicing you may drink four glasses first and the balance two glasses after a gap of two minutes. Initially you may find the necessity to urinate 2 to 3 times within an hour, but it will become normal after sometime. By research and experience, the following diseases are observed to be cured with this therapy within the indicated days as below:
Constipation – 1 day
Acidity – 2 days
Diabetes – 7 days
BP & Hypertension 4 – weeks
Cancer – 4 weeks
Pulmonary TB – 3 months
Note: It is advised that persons suffering from Arthritis or Rheumatism should practice this therapy thrice a day, i.e., morning, midday and night, 1 hours before meals - for one week; and twice a day subsequently till the disease is cured.
How does pure water act?
Consuming ordinary drinking water by the right method purifies the human body. It renders the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, known in medical terms as Haematopaises. That the mucousal folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method, is an undisputed fact, just as the theory that new fresh blood is produced by the mucousal fold. That's a little toooooo much of a stretch. But please do note, one can also literally drown themselves from drinking too too much water. Although the instance is rare, it does occur. Your body shuts down because it cannot process all the water coming in. Yes, your body needs water... but not in massive quantities. At that point, you're doing more harm than good. So moderation please.
It's not only drinking water that can prevent many health problems..............cleaning oneself properly with water can also prevent illnesses. Not sure if water can cure cancer, but it can't hurt either. Cancer is sometimes the result of a uncontrollable reproduction of malignant cells. Since most of our integral organs are made up of water....keeping well-hydrated can help our organs work properly, more coherently, and more efficiently. 6 glasses in morning.......... is just too much.... i tried once drink 4 glasses....... and by the end of it... i was almost vomiting..... all the water out.... and i did took at least an hour to drink it. but still its too much....
its too much work for kidneys... cancer theek hokeh kidneys khaarab hojaye tu issa cure tu nahian chiaye....
just drinkin 2-3 glasses is enough..... and through out the day drink max 10 glasses no more.... 8 is ideal.
my father does drink 2-3 glasses and it has helped him in his bp and other problems.

I too vomit after having 2 or 3 glass in morning.
Water regulate things inside body but too much water I can't even drink 2 litter of water in whole day I'll vomit after having that much water.

(Taking too much more than 1lts is heavy but taking 0.5 lts will not give you any problem. At first time they will give you wamting sensation also.but take one glass (1/4 lts) and after 2min take 1/4 lts.after a week you can take 0.5lts at a time and after one month 0.75lts can be easy and after 3moths 1lts is easy. not more than that .1Lts is enough. and per day 4 to 5lts is helpful and no harm.(doctors suggestion) )
they are telling if intake is more than out then only it will give problem and intake is also not much. just do it and you can enjoy the results.
Actually excess water harms u're kidney's as well.. (makes them work harder resulting in kidney/renal failure) a litre is sufficient water.. but drowning urself in water doesn't do u any good :)
