The Challenge begins on Jan. 14, 2006, and continues for eight weeks ending on March 11, 2006. Online registration opens on Dec. 30. Interested participants can register for the National Body Challenge at www.discoveryhealth.com anytime during the eight weeks.
I tried it last year but by the time I found out, it was too late because I found out about it in March and still got access to ediets and things like that. I think its great and everyone should give it a try!
