I haven’t really lived in Pakistan at all so not so sure about this stuff nor do I follow Pakistani news.
I only looked over the last article briefly. Its unfortunate what happened to that guy. It should have never happened.
“There is no compulsion in religion. Truth is clear from falsehood” (2:256)
And say, The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills let him believe, and whoever wills let him disbelieve“(Quran 18: 29).
The prophet (SAW) never humiliated others for their lack of faith but invited them to Islam with humility and respect.
“Worship God and associate nothing with Him, and treat with excellence your parents, and relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the further neighbor, the companion at your side, the traveler, and the slaves” (4:36).
We’re taught to treat everyone, Muslim and non-muslim alike with excellence. I don’t know what type of Islam some people follow, doesn’t make it right even if they are doing it under the guise of religion.
