so this is the add'l info, lower limit of the base pay is starting over 100K, 25% annual bonus, and performance based stocks, which can be upto 30-35% of base pay annually.
its a replacement position, skill set needed is of business acumen, project mgmt, budget mgmt and tech savvy. the apps being developed are not infratructure apps but apps like consumer portal, services, etc.
position needs to be filled immediately.

10 years experience, managing budgets and managing lare teams is a pre req.

Actually it all fits, only the wrong geographic location.
