reason i want to go pia this time, because il have 2 kids with me. just wanna be on a plane, and know that next time i get off il be in the uk inshallah. i dont wana run around after 2 yr old in dubai/doha id be scared of losing sight of her. so i just want that peace of mind.

and yes, 8 hours sounds alot bettter than 16 hours.
plus, il be going to islamabad with husband and fmaily, not on my own. so airport isn an issue.
i’m really surprised that you are collecting ALL this info on GS…where is your husband? why don’t you go to a travel agent…why don’t you look up online? i’m really surprised that your husband doesn’t do anything for you?
he does everytthing for me, ( apart from willingly go shopping, which he needs a gun to the head and some doughnuts ), im only browsing. im going in march, its oo early for him to be finding out all this. its just me being an eager beaver.
when u will go to buy ticket ask for bulkhead seat, ,so they will put your name for bulkhead,(bassinet) go little early for check in , so u will get bulkhead, other wise nochance,
you can have ur seats assigned to you at the time of booking or go to "my booking’ online and select a seat there.
however, some airlines, like British Airways, do NOT allow you to have seats assigned to you in advance…they charge like $50 Canadian for each segment of your journey. having said that, there is still a way to do it if you wish NOT to pay that outrageous amount. go online 24 hours before the flight and select a seat there. they allow it for FREE 24 hours prior to the flight time.
