askign about presence of dinosaurs and extinction of dinosaurs is not something for which there is no need, its understanding about our history, earth climate, what happened what insights can we derive from them etc etc.
Now it does not matter if they were created before adam and eve or after. it has no bearing on faith. they could be on the planet for millions of years in earth time but have been created afterwards.
when you try to think that time dimension is a limitation for god as it is for us, you can be completely off track even discussing it from that angle.
