This is shameful guys. I supported everyone of the matches Pakistan played to loose but now when it comes to the final instead of supporting India you are picking on Mongia and others. I think inside all that outwardly attitude towards India, all of you actually love India and dua'ing for India's win. I just know that. Even though Dinesh Mongia is just a waste of space, why do you think Indians keep on winning. Mongia is included just to bring good luck. It's a superstitious belief within the team that worked so far . Just wait and see when Agarkar or Kumble replaces him. India will lose badly :). Ganguly should retain Mongia for the sake of India. It will be a good strategic move.
well mongia is the spare batsman india never uses. he didnt get too many chances to perform, just the first two matches. he is also a somewhat useful extremely-slow bowler - gets the odd poor-timing thulleybaaz out readily.. kumble isnt much use with the bat, and the aussies know his bowling too well.
oh and he's much better on the field than kumble anyday :D
Well the indians can kick off dinesh mongia and play ajit agarkar, sanjay bangar or anil kumble...
there is no use of him playin...
