I have not seen anyone really using the original word in urdu for dimples (I am not sure if there is one) but the beauty of urdu is that any word that is not used is normally called “Matrook” - i.e. discontinued… In such case, urdu works as it worked in the time when it was in the phase of urdu-e-mo’alla (stupid people do not try to read this word as Urdu-e-Mohalla.. Thanks:halo: )… That is to absorb the words of other languages in it…

With that rule of thumb, word dimple has itself become a word in the urdu language GENIUS ICON :layd:

… I will try to find out the original word for you though or may be someone else will probably tell.. in the mean time you can call them “GaaloN kaY khaDDaY/GaRhaY” :layd:
