Dilema?

Re: Dilema?

Faris Udeen. Nice thread MashaAllah! A good thought provoking question, but at the same time very difficult to answer. Only the person who goes through such a situation can give a better answer to this question.

Those who love each other for the love of Allah (swt) and encourage each other in deeds that pleases Allah (swt), their bond become stronger and stronger from time to time, by the grace and mercy of Allah (swt), no matter what disaster (test) they go through in life.

Those who love each other for anything materialistic such as looks, money, status, or anything else, their love is damaged the moment anything happens to the 'thing' that earlier played the major role in strengthening their love and bond.

Re: Dilema?

This is how I think...........if something similar (God Forbid) happens to any of my parent or sibling I won't leave them then why would I leave my husband ? I did not get married to be with him only during good days and if something like that happens I believe support of spouse is needed more than anything else. In such a situation you should act as a human being first and then as a spouse. Love is not subject to physical changes , if it's true and real it will remain there no matter what !

And yes I would also hide my husband or any loved one from all such people who can hurt feelings.
