Me and my best friend have comletely different views of politics & religion, we argue for hours but in the end we enjoy the arguments, without any hard feelings.

yup! this would work well and i do it all the time
some people just dont mix. i used to try and one party ended disastrously with someone throwing up for ages in the bathroom. his wife was SO mad at us! it took forever to mend that!

..waise how unfair for them to blame you guys.We have had some people say “Oh we will meet then only because you say so!”..our answer has been…no way..U make up your own mind..dont if you yourself dont want to:).
I still donot divulge how close I may be with another but at the end its just I cannot take responsibility for someone else’s behavior.Sometimes people do weird stuff…it should only be their own responsibility:)

for a teachable moment, it is always better to meet in person and if you do want to resolve the issue between the polar groups, have a good face to face meeting all and for once.

I do actually……but usually I call em up in different groups…
Funny thing that happened one eid..I called at the 11th hour to some of my really good friends to come in the morning after namaz…and ofcourse didnt call some..but at dinner at someone’s house later that day, this lady went up to my husband who was sitting with all the dudes asking him very directly WHY your wife didt call us…omg he was so embarrassed…but I was like wth
