Just saw part of this movie again and was reminded of how much i loved it. it was one of my favs

^ its one of those movies, jis ka saaray gaanay hit thaiy. and that happened rarely in those days, since all the movies then were low-budget. i am still mad ovr oa priya priya.
but there were others too like larki hai ya chari, and hum nay ghar chora hai.

714 u brought back memories of our desi gathernigs! sitting around a tiny tv to watch this movie!
i dont remember the movie much.. but the songs are soo hard to forget..

aashiqui had beautiful songs
^u bet. madhuri rise period begins here. she was new and she was churning out hits to the dismay of sri devi. tezaab, sajan, 100 days (sundariya shukriya meherbani), and then beta and anjaam a few yrs down the line.
PS: waisay i am a bigger fan of pre-madhuri days tho. the sri devi period with, chandni songs and those cheesy clowny “matka scene” dances. every function u attended, there wud always be some bachi copying sri devis mai teri dushman, dushman tu mera.
