The song is from the movie 'mere sapno ki rani' and i believe it was picturized on Sanjay Kapoor.
Still working on it man! I think I have it.. The song rings a bell.. I did a search for mere sapno ki raani and that just brings the old MERE sapno ki raani song.
You mgiht want to also check with ASN or DERVAISH. Mere finals ho rahay hain. Insha Allah Finals kay end tak mil jaana chahiye!
