Dude that single was released about 3 years ago ... it was on Vital Signs remix album ... it was enhanced Hum Tum album with a new version Hum Jeetian Gaay and Dil Mangay Aur or was it Khioln Se hain Zaindgee .. I am not sure .. but if you are looking for that .. it was relased on a audio cassete .. i have not seen that on CD ..
