Dijjal

Re: Dijjal

If someone wants to know about the portents of the hour according to Islam please read Ibn Kathirs "Signs of Judgement Day", has ahadith related to all the major happenings including Dajjal.

Re: Dijjal

Do you know any link where we can get a free copy in PDF or something? :)

Re: Dijjal

There is a huge difference between using a symbol mistakenly for god, or believing that someone is god. Additionally they do not use it mistakenly either. The symbol in no way means that people believe that god has one eye, it just denotes that there is an all seeing supreme being i.e. god.

islam does not tell us that god has one eye, niether dies it tell us that god has two eyes or a million, does it?

Re: Dijjal

did you really have to ask the same question someone else had just asked :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Dijjal

Narrated Ibn Umar: "We were talking about Hajjat-ul-Wada, while the Prophet was amongst us. We did not know what Hajjat-ul-Wada' signified. The Prophet praised Allah and then mentioned Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal [anti-Christ] and described him extensively, saying "Allah did not send any prophet but that prophet warned his nation of Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal. Noah and the prophets following him warned (their people) of him. He [Ad-Dajjal] will appear amongst you [among Muhammad's followers], and if it happens that some of his qualities may be hidden from you, but your Lord's State is clear to you and not hidden from you. The Prophet said it thrice. Verily, your Lord is not blind in one eye, while he [Ad-Dajjal] is blind in the right eye which looks like a grape bulging out [of its cluster]. No doubt! Allah has made your blood and your properties sacred to one another like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this town of yours, in this month of yours. "The Prophet added: No doubt! Haven't I conveyed Allah's Message to you?" They replied, "Yes," The Prophet said thrice, "O Allah! Be witness for it." The Prophet added, "Woe to you!, May Allah be merciful to you! Do not become infidels after me by cutting the necks [throats] of one another." -Sahih Bukhari 5:685

Re: Dijjal

so lets say i want dajjal's autograph, how do i go about it? and how much you think it'll get me on eBay, and re "all seeing eye" its something very different, its the select ruling over masses.

Re: Dijjal

Come on…you know all about it…you’re a templar.:clown:

Re: Dijjal

sheesh, one eye does not mean its some one eyed entity.

as far as the info you posted.. technically this whole statement still does not say how many eyes god has anyways, it just says god is not blind in one eye..does not say how many eyes god has to begin with now..does it? plus it was more figurative anyways and nto to be taken literally.

Re: Dijjal

danial, I am speaking of the symbol in terms of masonic symbols. so while it may mean 'select ruling ovr masses' somewhere, in masonic tradition, it is what I explained that it is.

Re: Dijjal

Ok....sheesh to the hadith.

Re: Dijjal

I'm sorry for my ignorance, but how did Muhammed know all this? If it were revealed by Gabriel, why isn't all this stuff in the Quran? The Quran was promised to be kept sacred and pure. Hadith weren't.

Re: Dijjal

no.... "sheesh" to your lack of comprehension, which you have demonstrated yet once again with this last statement.

Re: Dijjal

I have the book at home which is different from the internet available PDFs (much better table of contents and chapters, arabic and translations) however I think it is available at www.islambasics.com besides a ton of other books.

Re: Dijjal

I honestly don't know, that's why I'm asking my fellow Momineen's opnions...

Re: Dijjal

Semi, your statement has an inherent assumption that everything borne by Gabriel to Muhammad SAW was the Quran. This is an incorrect assumption.

The Quran was promised to be kept unchanged or pure in the sense nothing was added to it. Sacred, anything can be considered sacred by our perception.

Re: Dijjal

Re: Dijjal

Not all Jews, but a lot of his followers will be because they rejected the real Christ (Jesus PBUH) and are still waiting for a Christ (Moshiach/Messiah) and they will accept the False-Christ/Anti-Christ.

As for Christ weilding a sword, well fighting is sometimes neccesary… Jesus :as: doesn’t only belong to you, he’s our Prophet aswell… P.S. You might want to have a good read of your own scripture on Armageddon.

Re: Dijjal

What kind of video is this?

Re: Dijjal

Probably the wrong thread for this, but why was some of what was revealed to him in the Quran and so much left out? It seems it is very important to Muslims that the Quran is unchanged, yet the accept hadith as if is something more than the writings of what someone heard someone else say they heard from someone else that Muhammed said in his presence.
