Dijjal

Re: Dijjal

Which god?

Sun god…that is Mithra.

Re: Dijjal

Actually it is more representative of Amun Ra... albeit the triangle comes from the pyramid...

Re: Dijjal

Imam Mahdi will appear in Makkah in Baitullah....

Dajjal will appear in khuraasan and he'll have army of 70 thousand and most of his followers will be jews.

I think you are reffering to the hadith that says Imam Mahdi will fight and help Iraqi people.....

Only Isa(AS) son of Mary will be able to kill Dajjal....So if anyone see or hear about the Dajjal, should stay away from him according to the ahadith..

And Allah knows best.

Re: Dijjal

what is Amun Ra.

Re: Dijjal

The Egyptian Sun God... who initially was considered the "The Unseen"... sound familiar?

Re: Dijjal

JazakAllah you clarified by giving the hadith.....

Re: Dijjal

Isn't Jesus wielding a sword also part of that myth?

How are we ever to all get along when we turn one people into evil that will bring down the world and turn the peaceful prophet of another people into a sword-wielding warrior?

Re: Dijjal

I don't know about that...sorry.

Re: Dijjal

According to Christian beleifs, the Anti-Christ was born at the same time as Christ and was found and taken by one of Christ's followers to a remote Island and chained there. He will later on break these chains and then lead his followers against Christ's followers and there will be a battle somewhere in Israel called Armageddon.

Now, many people are suggesting that since most of the world's Islands are explored and the only unexplored area is Antartica. And Since its covered with Ice, the anti-christ could be buried deep under snow and with global warming, the snow slowly melts and thus freeind the Anti-Christ.

But I was just wondering whether the Dajjal from Islam is the same as Anti-Christ

Re: Dijjal

Hmm, Dajjal's Army is only 70,000

Thats not really all that impressive.

In world war II, the germans had over 12,000,000 men in their army

Re: Dijjal

By realizing that it is a myth... a figment of someone's imagination. This messianism was prevalent among Jews long before us (as well as christians as the return of Jesus Christ/Isa) ... Among Muslims, the name is merely changed from Masheekh (Saviour) to Mahdi (Guided), and of course, the added flavour of the return of Isa in muslim "traditions".

Re: Dijjal

You know more about Christianity than Islam.........hmmmmm interesting.

Re: Dijjal

I don't think that hadith was stressing the amount, if it turns out that a man is leading 70 thousand soldiers then this is an indication for us to identify Dajjal.

Re: Dijjal

They only think it is representing God … Islam tells us that Dajjal will convince people that he is God (or replaced God) and Islam also tells us that God is not one eyed therefore this ‘eye of providence’ cannot have originated from Divine origins as it clearly shows only one eye.

Re: Dijjal

No, I know about all religions

My knowledge is not just restricted to Islam

Re: Dijjal

What do you know about Islamic concept of Mahdi, Dajjal and Isa(AS)?

Re: Dijjal

Re: Dijjal

I can post links about any religion as well.
My question was how come you know about Christianity more than Islam?

Re: Dijjal
