i can’t seem to log into digichat. when i click on CHAT, i get a small pop up window stating that my username or password information may not be entered properly, and to try logging in again.
my information is fine, everything is as it should be, so then what is the problem and how can i fix it? i’d like to be able to log in as usual. please help.
