wt is diffrence bt them.? which one is gud for 20s, 30s?
i just knw they give light coverage to skin instead to fouundation, and easy to use daily.
but wt things u keep in mind while buyng??
how do u choose it according to skin tone or skin colour??

CC is just the new (supposedly better) version of BB. I initially thought BB was some kind of moisturizer but when I tried it, it 'whitened' my skin and gave a stupid unnatural MATT, shine-less, life-less 'bhootni' look. So I did not buy it. I have a good foundation and just needed a good moisturizing cream/gel. I accidentally found a local moisturizer by the name of "Pomade" by 'TIBET' only for 50 bucks (Pak rupees). I am pleasantly surprised to find it because it gives color to pale skin tone (It's orange in color). And why I said accidentally is because it's supposed to be a HAIR moisturizing cream, haha. But I love it so much that I have bought 5 bottles. Quickly absorbs in the skin. So if you're looking for a moisturizer, get this one. But CC, BB creams are good if you're looking for a lighter version of foundation/make up base.

BB = blemish balm, it's supposed to hide imperfections on your skin

CC = colour corrector, like it's name, it's supposed to even out your skin tone and clear away any discolourations

Go with what you need, nowadays a lot of the so-called "BB creams" say they colour correct, hide blemishes and even out skin tone but the best way to see what works for you is to actually go to a cosmetic counter or a store like sephora where you can actually test them out. Pretty much all the major makeup brands and even drugstore brands carry BB creams. When you first put them on your skin, it does leave a white cast but that should go away and the cream is supposed to take the colour of your natural skin tone. If it looks ashy and gray - that means you are putting on a much lighter colour.

For drugstore brands - I liked Revlons and higher brands like Smashbox and Too faced have nice ones as well in a variety of asian skin tones. Go with what looks good on your skin by testing them out.

Wel my skin is clear alhumdulila. I just somethng to even out the colour. And give gud glow. So i thnk i would go wid cc cream.
Gud brand for cc cream if anyone using plz. And rite way to apply it? I hv no idea.

Last ques, tinted moisturizer and cc cream would be same ? Can v replace it. ?
Plz explain

Tinted moisturizer pretty much works like a colour corrector yes. It will moisturize your skin and even out any discolourations - pretty much like a light foundation.
A lot of women also mix in their favourite foundations with their moisturizer and apply it that way as well. It depends on if you find a tinted moisturizer that works for you.

Try to find one that has spf though, as a lot of people overlook this and it really starts to show once you hit past your 30's. Sun damage can cause premature aging and dark spots on the skin that are hard to get rid of. :)

amaya, actually, I had heard so many good things about Estee Lauder BB cream. That is what had prompted me to get it but could not find it in Pakistan and there were only some cheaper brands like garnier, ponds and there were more cant recall. The one I tried also was some new name. Maybe you can test Estee Lauder's CC cream on your skin before purchasing.

Well i hv bought tinted moisturizer of body shop in 2006. It turned out very gud, very light. I hd been using it upto 2 years. After then i tried many bt nthng suit me. Nw i cant find this aswell here in pak.
Well guppans plz share wt do u use for daily use? A lite weight.
Actualy my skin is comb. Nw a days bit dry. Firstly i was findng gud moisturizer. After many effort, i find loreal hydrafresh & clinque dual gel. Both r gud and lite weight as well. Didnt clog pores. Same way i am findng somethng for color corrector and glow to my skin.

These days I'm using POMADE by TIBET which gives nice glow to my pale skin. So far, no prblms with it. Though some parts of the skin get shiny. I let a tissue paper absorb the extra shine.

I bought some cosmetics from The body shop two years ago and it was outdated collection. Came to know when I travelled to another country and they told me the products I was asking for were discontinued a year ago. That's why I feel that Pakistan is not the best place to purchase cosmetics / skin care products and perfumes by international brands as all the old products from the shelf are dumped in Pakistan I guess.

I just actually got the Bobbi Brown BB cream as a sample from Sephora and I am loving it. it is a bit pricey compared to drug store brands but I did love how it matched my skin tone. I have it in the colour "fair" and although there isn't much of a colour range - I think there are a few shades that look really nice on asian skin tones.

I went greenvalley (mall of lahore) . And asked abut bobby brown bb cream. she said , she hvnt of my shde and price was 6000. Then i went alfatheh in defence, they show me body shop bb cream. And he said bb cream and tinted moisturizer both r same thng. And hv only one shade . I applied bt wasnt statisfied. Price was 1995.Nw me confuse. Is alfatah rite or no.?
