Under new law that is passed , any pakistani who is doing a cyber crime whether in or out of pakistan can be punished.

Thanks for your reply. This is the site I originally visited months ago when the harassment started. I followed the instructions to contact them and file a complaint. I hit a dead end when they insisted I provide them with a contact in Pakistan.
