Is it allowed to stop certain pplz from different sect to enter in Masjid. What is written on notice board is it correct?

Looks like this mosque does not belong to Allah but the people running the mosque.

Even people from other religions are allowed into a mosque...The Prophet(PBUH) invited Christians to pray in his mosque when there were no churches around.

it is wrong since there is no sect system in islam...sect system is a man-made system.

Here Muslims regardless to their sects pray shoulder to shoulder in any Masjid. I think one who believe in Almighty Allah and in Prophet Muhammad 
shouldn’t stop pplz entering in Masjid.

Public Notice: Other than Ahl-e-Sunnat Wa Jamaat, no ohters are allowed to enter in this Masjid without priopr permission form Imam of the Masjid otherwise legal action will be taken against him/them.
