for lipsticks, pinks, maroons and earthen browns are good with pastel or cooler dimmer blue, grey eye shades and mascara and upper lid eyeliner.
avoid blush ons and anything greasy or oily. simple facial skin toning liquid and protectant of origins is better.
hope it helps. :>

Here are sum various pics of me and my sis wid different makeovers on different days:
sanam, my skintone is the exact same as your sister’s! but i can never find the right shade, hers seems so well blended! can u tell me which one and what shade she is wearing? thanks
oh wow, your foundation looks beautifully blended, I've tried so many different ones and they all look sooooo wrong! I've had a couple from MAC and the colour just looked like "cheekur" on my face, The estee lauder one looks ok in natural light but looks crap in photos and the Bobbi brown one i'm using is a bit to shiny!
Oh well i'll persevere and hopefully find the right shade sometime this century.
Maybe i can call on your services for a make over? i wouldnt want a Party look but just some advice and guidance on general everyday stuff, would this be possible?
Shay9164 and Brummiebird> The foundations my sis and i have used for dat particular pic on d special occasions r a professional foundation which isnt available locally - we use dat on our clients for makeovers as it gives a good finish, matte, good coverage, flawless, blends well into skin and also lasts from 12-16hours... ask anyone who has had a makeover done from us, it lasts forever and looks gr8 in photos - but unfortunately it is not available locally and as we r professional make-up artists we hav managed to track the right person who can provide dat.
Other foundations that are quite good, and we do use for sum of our neutral party makeovers include: Imaan, Cliique, MAC, Stila, Models Prefer, Givenchy, and Clarins.
Feel free to PM me if u got a particular question or need advice on any beauty related topic x
