two raka’t wadu is after the wadu or ghusal..and salat o tawba is after any sin you have committed or you feel like yourself sinner..you may stand up and do wado nicely and perform it (and if its the time of tahajjud then subhanAllah)…trust me nothing makes you feel better than this salah after sin or feeling sinful even if you are in depression or else…!!
Awwaabeen is the six Rakaats of Salaat (2+2+2) after Maghrib.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم has mentioned great rewards for one who prays six rak’ahs after Maghrib. The rewards for these rak’ahs, called Salāt al-Awwābīn (the prayer of one who repents to Allāh Ta’ālā with abundance), include:
Reward equivalent to the ‘ibādah of twelve years[1]
Forgiveness of sins, even if it is as much as the foam on the ocean[2]
Allāh Ta’ālā’s building a house for him in Paradise[3]
Being recorded as one who repents abundantly to Allāh Ta’ālā[4]
I havent yet read about any specific time break after Maghrib to wait for it. To my understanding it is prayed after you finish maghrib prayer.
I knew about Duhaa but found about this one only 2 years ago during Hajj when I was discussing about salat al tasbeeh authenticity and the person told to pray duhaa and awwabeen regularly instead since the hadith about salat ul tasbeeh is zaeef and more authentic for these two. (Although she didnt forbid me from salat al tasbih either but left it on me to decide). I read it up a lot and I cant seem to find the hadith(or a riwayat) now where it said Awwabeen are names of angels who will pick people (who prayed it) to get into jannah. Allah knows best.
