I know there are many that aren’t but the number seems to be proportionally higher in Pakistan, in my experience. Whenever I’ve been to Pak, most of my cousins (both male and female) and watched Bollywood movies, songs or trailers whenever they sat in front of the TV… and Bollywood was always a major topic of discussion there. So obviously that might not necessarily be true for the population as whole but this is what I’ve observed.

Whenever i have been to Pakistan, none of my cousins had any interest in Bollywood. Not only my cousins, also the neighbours and their friends, nobody bothers about Bollywood.
Meanwhile here in the west in the town i am living, almost every Pakistani (girls and guys) are bollywood fan.
So this whole observing matter gives biased results.

I agree, people in Pakistan do watch Bollywood (not all).
And if you observe it in numbers, its obvious that in Pakistan there will be more bollywood loving Pakistanis than there will be in foreign countries. But thats because there are more Pakistanis in Pakistan.

I agree with Sara516. Other than accent, i cannot think of anything else right now.
